一是实施了车流径路和计费径路优化调整。货车车流径路是编制货物列车编组计划和运行图的基础，是组织货运生产和经营的基本依据，是提升路网效率和效益的重要手段。结合近年来高铁成网后平行既有线货运能力大幅释放的实际情况，盖土网 防寒布 麻绳 油麻绳 麻刀 沥青麻绳 静压造型线 自动浇注机 铸铁拍门 钢制拍门 玻璃钢拍门为进一步提升运输效率，降低社会物流成本，国铁集团结合二季度运行图调整，实施了车流径路和计费径路优化调整方案。此次车流和计费径路的优化调整，首次按历史车流加预测车流推算，与最短径路全面对比梳理，将全路车流作为整体系统化，调整范围广，优化力度大，对于发挥路网新增运能、适应货流结构变化、应对市场竞争形势、降低铁路物流成本具有重要意义。

Combined with the actual situation that the freight capacity of parallel existing lines has been greatly released after the completion of high-speed railway network in recent years, in order to further improve the transportation efficiency and reduce the social logistics cost, the State Railway Group has implemented the optimization and adjustment scheme of vehicle flow path and billing path in combination with the adjustment of operation chart in the second quarter. For the first time, the optimization and adjustment of the traffic flow and charging route is calculated according to the historical traffic flow plus the predicted traffic flow. Compared with the shortest route, the whole route traffic flow is systematized as a whole, with a wide range of adjustment and great optimization. It is of great significance to give play to the new traffic capacity of the road network, adapt to the change of the freight flow structure, cope with the market competition situation, and reduce the cost of railway logistics.
二是加快推进货运电子商务系统建设。随着信息技术快速发展，互联网全程“一站式”服务已经成为现代物流行业的标配。为进一步提升货运服务质量和水平，目前国铁集团正在大力推进95306升级改版相关工作。升级改版完成后，铁路货运电子商务系统可实现电子注册、电子运单、电子支付、电子发票等功能，为客户提供铁路货运网上全流程“一站式”服务，大幅提升客户服务体验。

三是大力推进卸车积压点扩能改造。为进一步提高运输效率，减少全路货运停限装问题，满足货主发货需求，今年以来，国铁集团组织各铁路局集团公司对全路停限装车站情况进行了全面梳理，要求各铁路局集团公司主管副总经理带队，深入各卸车积压点开展调研，督导卸车组织，对卸车能力长期不足的车站研究制订扩能改造方案，取得了积极的效果，全路卸车积压点实现大幅减少。
